The 100 Workout

Just stumbled upon a great new workout from bmmorgan over at It is called The 100 and is a series of different moves you can do in the comfort of your living room (or dorm room for that matter). I have committed myself to doing it everyday for at least a week to see if it gives me the burn I need. I will keep you posted- hope you try it along with me!
